**Elevate the Customer Experience: Join PDS Tech Commercial as an Aerospace Customer Support Engineer in Mobile, AL** **Payrate: $39 - $40 - 1st shift** **Be the Voice Behind the Innovation** PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a contract **Aerospace Customer Support Engineer** to join our Engineering team in Mobile, AL. In this critical role, you'll bridge the gap between cutting-edge aircraft engineering and real-world airline operations. By supporting Service Bulletin (SB) implementation and collaborating with both internal teams and global customers, you'll ensure aircraft remain airworthy while driving value and performance for some of the world's top carriers. **What You'll Do - Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities** + Develop a deep understanding of Service Bulletins across all aircraft programs + Act as a liaison between customers, engineering teams, and departments in the U.S. and Europe + Analyze and prioritize airline feedback to guide technical decision-making + Support internal and external projects focused on SB process improvement + Participate in regular meetings with international counterparts to review SB progress and resolve issues + Gather and consolidate stakeholder input to facilitate data-driven implementation decisions + Track and report key performance metrics to measure support effectiveness + Capture and share customer feedback to fuel continuous improvement in Customer Services + Present technical solutions and insights to various stakeholders, including leadership and airline representatives **What You Bring - Qualifications That Matter** **Required:** + Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, or Civil Engineering + 0-3 years of relevant experience in an engineering role + U.S. Person status (citizen, permanent resident, or ITAR-compliant authorization) + Proficiency with Google Suite + Strong written and verbal communication skills in English + Professional demeanor and ability to interact with customers and internal teams + Willingness to travel (up to 5%) both domestically and internationally + Technical knowledge of the Service Bulletin process + Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (60% onsite, 40% remote) **Preferred:** + Master's Degree in Engineering or related field + Previous experience in customer service within aviation (Airline, MRO, Maintenance) + Familiarity with aircraft programs such as A350, A380, LR, SA, or WB + Data analysis capabilities and proficiency in reporting tools **Ready to Take Your Career to New Heights?
