Job Description

As an AI Engineer at Tek Spikes, you will be at the forefront of developing innovative artificial intelligence solutions that enhance our products and services. Your role will involve designing and implementing machine learning models, analyzing large datasets, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into our software solutions. You will leverage your expertise in AI techniques to solve complex problems and improve business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and models to meet specific business needs.
  • Analyze and preprocess large datasets to derive insights and improve model performance.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI solutions into existing applications and systems.
  • Optimize and fine-tune machine learning models for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Stay current with the latest research and trends in artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Present findings and insights to stakeholders and assist in the decision-making process.

Requirements

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related field.

- 4+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with a strong foundation in algorithm design and statistical analysis.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, with experience using libraries like TensorFlow or PyTorch.

- Solid understanding of data structures, data modeling, and database management.

- Familiarity with cloud-based AI/ML platforms (Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, Google AI) is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about complex challenges.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
