Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Analytics Manager to lead their analytics team and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data analysis, leadership, and project management.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing analytics projects from conception to implementation, ensuring that business objectives are met through insightful data analysis and reporting. You will work closely with various departments to understand their analytical needs and provide actionable insights to enhance performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of analysts, providing mentorship, guidance, and support.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of analytical frameworks and reporting tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
  • Conduct complex data analysis to extract valuable insights and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all analytics initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in analytics, applying this knowledge to improve processes and methodologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in an analytics or data management role, with a focus on leadership.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, R, Python, or similar).
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex data insights.
  • Experience in project management methodologies and leading cross-functional projects.
  • A solid understanding of statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
