Assistant Manager – Evolve Cannabis & Nutrition Company

Evolve Cannabis & Nutrition Company is seeking an experienced and driven Assistant Manager to lead our team and drive business growth. This is a part-time position (20 hours per week) for a results-oriented professional with a strong background in sales, marketing, operations, and staff leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and compliance
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and brand visibility
• Lead, train, and manage a high-performing team
• Manage inventory, financial reporting, and operational workflows
• Identify and execute new opportunities to improve revenue and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of increasing sales and improving business performance
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience in retail management, sales, and marketing (cannabis industry experience is a plus)
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions
