1. Active Colorado license!
2. General Dentist with at least 4 years of post-graduate dental experience, who also retains an open mind to being coachable from colleagues. We need someone who enjoys delivering general dentistry with the latest technology.
3. Exceptional Chairside Manner – Genuine effort and energy with patients so they understand they “why” of procedures is wanted, to maintain highest acceptance and adoption.
4. Lifetime student – It is important to keep building upon your knowledge base so someone who is passionate about bettering their skills in the chair.
5. Values skills over theoretical concepts – We deliver excellence in dentistry from 1 procedure to the next.
