Our shop features dual spray booths, frame rack, welders, vacuum sanding stations and more, positioning us at the forefront of the auto body industry. As a non-DRP (Direct Repair Program) shop, our commitment lies in delivering high-quality work while maintaining a customer-focused approach. Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Auto Body Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in auto body repair and restoration, a strong commitment to excellence, and a dedication to providing top-notch customer service. Responsibilities: Perform high-quality auto body repairs, including frame straightening, panel replacement, and dent removal. Utilize welding equipment and other tools to ensure precision and accuracy in repairs. Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify and address all necessary repairs. Collaborate with other team members to achieve efficient workflow and timely project completion. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency. Communicate effectively with customers to explain repair processes and address any concerns. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Journeyman Body Technician in an auto body shop. Proficient in using welding equipment, frame racks, and other industry-standard tools. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Customer-focused with good communication skills. I-CAR certification or equivalent is a plus. Compensation and Benefits: Pay: $25-32/hr flat rate. Ask about our signing bonus. Up to $2,500.00 Company-paid benefits: Medical and Profit sharing. We pay 100% of your medical insurance. Additional benefits: AFLAC, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401K and more. Standard work hours: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.
