JOB SUMMARY
Automated Warehouse Technician is responsible for efficient, safe and accurate operation of the Cirrus Tech crane within the warehouse, performing the assigned warehouse maintenance tasks
Responsibilities Include
1. Must report to work on time and clock in and out properly.
2. Keep all warehouse loading and unloading areas and grounds clean. Assist in Filling of the Crane. Retrieve pallets from the Crane without damaging equipment and ensuring that proper replenishment and pallet movements to and from Crane.
3. Must be able to use and understand RF guns, utilize computers and cameras, to maintain location-based inventory.
4. Maintaining standard operation of the Crane from Inbound, replenishment, and shuffles of the crane
5. Daily/Weekly maintenance walk around the crane. Including cleaning all debris in the Crane Rail pit, pick locations, and Rack Locations. Up to and including Sweeping, mopping, and restocking.
6. Daily checks of equipment for wear, tear, and potential problems. Reporting notes to the warehouse leadership team.
7. Assist with maintenance and Cirrus Support teams quarterly Preventative Maintenance. (Most are on a Saturday or Sunday at least 4 times a year for 6 to 8 hours to complete)
8.Good Understanding of Crane operations. As well as the ability to discuss with Cirrus Tech Support, in-house teams, and on monthly calls around issues or problems that have arisen
9. Maintain Crane Spare Parts Inventory.
10. Maintain safe walking path around the Crane throughout the shift. Pulling out empty pallets, cleaning under the lanes and releasing the next pallet to be able to be picked.
11. Be aware of code dates and ensure that Crane is maintaining the oldest product first.
12. Report on any accidents to the manager on duty immediately.
13. Restock and rework returned beer.
14. Prior to the end of your shift each day ensure all empty pallets are removed from the pick area and properly stored.
16. Must be able to obtain forklift certification through the company.
17. Maintain open and clear communications with the owners, managers, and other employees of the company.
18. Maintain open and clear communications with the vendors and retailers that do business with the company.
19. Obtain from the Warehouse Manager approval prior to working more than your regular schedule.
20. Dress in uniform and maintain your personal appearance in a professional manner and according to company policy.
21. Conduct all your activities within the guidelines of all company policies and procedures.
22. Conduct all your activities in accordance to the local, state and federal liquor control regulations.
23. Perform all work activities in accordance with the safe work practices, policies and procedures.
24. Adhere to all established inventory control procedures and practices.
25. Help second and third shift with the loading of carts/pallet trucks as needed.
26. Adapt to any new responsibilities required by the Warehouse Manager or Operations Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS
1. Minimum of high school diploma
2. Basic Computer skills.
3. Previous use of warehouse equipment to include walkie rider, pallet jack, forklift, scanners, etc.
4. Highly motivated to reach goals.
5. Comfortable working as a team or alone.
6. Access to reliable transportation. If driving an automobile while on company business, you must possess a valid driver’s license in state of residence and auto insurance. Must be able to pass a background check, MVR, and drug screen.

WORKING CONDITIONS / PHYSICAL DEMANDS
1. Constant (67 - 100% of time) required to walk and talk and hear.
2. Constant (67 - 100% of time) required to stand; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel object, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms.
3. Constant (67 - 100% of time) lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
4. Frequently (34% - 66% of time) Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision and depth perception.
5. Constant (67 - 100% of time) exposed to moving mechanical equipment and fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.
6. Occasionally (more than 10%) weekend and/or overtime work.
