We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Barber Instructors to join our team. If you have a passion for the barbering industry and are eager to share your skills and knowledge with the next generation of professionals, we would love to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities:

Instruction and Mentorship: Teach, mentor, and motivate students on both the clinic floor and in the classroom using a curriculum that aligns with state standards.
Exam Preparation: Prepare students to successfully pass their State Board exam, ensuring they are fully compliant with all State Board regulations and requirements.
Administrative Duties: Participate in various administrative tasks, including attending faculty meetings, maintaining accurate student records (grades and attendance), and providing counseling and guidance to students as needed.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent required.
Must hold a current Barber license in accordance with state requirements.
Must possess a current Instructor license.
A minimum of 3-5 years of professional Barber experience.
Prior teaching experience is preferred but not required.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
Proficiency in computer use is necessary.

Position Details:

Schedule: Flexible day and evening positions available, including a partial work-from-home/remote option.
