As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll set the tone for their stay—providing a warm welcome, assisting with their luggage, and sharing local insider tips. What You’ll Do:

  • Be the ultimate first impression —greet guests with enthusiasm, assist with their arrival, and ensure they feel valued from the moment they step onto the property.
  • Help guests discover their “Wanderlust” experience by sharing local must-see attractions and insider tips.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service —your warmth, energy, and attention to detail will make guests feel at home.
  • Escort guests to their rooms while sharing fun facts about our resort and amenities.
  • Work as part of a collaborative, guest-focused team to ensure a seamless and personalized experience for every guest.
  • Assist with valet services, luggage handling, and maintaining an inviting entrance area .

  • 10+ Years: 208 hours/year, 240 max
  • WA Paid Sick Leave – Being sick is no vacation, so why use PTO for it? (Available to both full-time & part-time associates)

Compensation:

  • $16.66- $16.66/hour PLUS tips

What You Bring to the Team:

  • A passion for service and a genuine desire to make guests feel at home .
  • The ability to stay on your feet, move quickly between valet, lobby, and hotel areas, and assist guests with luggage.
  • One year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred—but enthusiasm and a great attitude go a long way!
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • A valid Driver’s License is REQUIRED.
