We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Brand Promoter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for representing our clients’ brands, building brand awareness, and ensuring a positive image in the marketplace. You will act as the face of our clients’ products and services, engaging directly with customers, and creating memorable experiences that foster loyalty and drive growth.
Responsibilities
Promote brand awareness through direct customer engagement and professional representation.
Participate in promotional events, product demonstrations, and campaigns.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, clients, and community members.
Provide product knowledge and recommendations to potential customers.
Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to the marketing team.
Assist in the planning and execution of promotional strategies.
Track and report promotional activity outcomes and sales conversions.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred).
Previous experience in promotions, sales, or brand representation is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Outgoing personality with strong customer service abilities.
Flexible schedule with availability to attend events and campaigns.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
