Position Summary: We are seeking experienced and dedicated caregivers & CNAs to provide specialized care for high-acuity clients. This role focuses on providing essential support for clients with higher needs, including those who are bed-bound or require advanced mobility assistance. If you have a strong background in acute care and/or have completed CNA training, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities:

• Provide essential support with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and feeding, prioritizing clients' comfort and safety.
• Assist clients with mobility needs, including use of hoyer lifts and other transfer equipment.
• Deliver total care for bed-bound clients, maintaining their physical well-being with sensitivity and respect.
• Offer specialized care for clients with memory-related challenges, ensuring they receive compassionate and personalized attention.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation as needed to promote a clean and comfortable environment.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in activities that foster mental stimulation and emotional connection.
• Ensure client safety and adhere to individualized care plans, supporting daily routines and monitoring any changes in condition.

Requirements:

• Screening: Successful completion of a thorough criminal background check, drug screening, DMV record check, and negative TB test prior to employment. Fingerprint clearance card is highly preferred.
• Certifications: Must possess a valid First Aid and CPR certification; Completion of formal CNA program or Caregiving Certification is highly preferred (required prior to beginning client assignments)
• References: Must provide a minimum of two positive references from past employment, showcasing professionalism and commitment.
• Experience: Previous caregiving experience is required.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive pay ranging from $16 to $20 per hour, based on experience, qualifications & client acuity level.

• Paid travel time between consecutive client assignments at Arizona’s minimum wage rate.
