A building manufacturer is seeking Carpenter/Service Technicians to prepare units for rental. This is a full-time opportunity and work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Duties:

Wash and wax floors
Replace floor tiles, windows, and doors
Clean exterior siding and other building components
Paint units and walls to specifications
Repair and/or modify lighting, plumbing, and electrical
Repair carpentry work on customer job site
Operate hand and power tools
Lift 30 to 50 pounds

Qualifications:

Must have a High School Diploma or GED
Must have general carpentry, electrical, plumbing knowledge with several years' experience
Must have the ability to operate hand and power tools
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 4 points

Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.
