We are searching for someone who will keep the area and equipment clean, ensure all transactions run smoothly, and help us maximize customer satisfaction. Supervisory Responsibilities:

• None.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Manage transactions with customers using cash registers
• Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate
• Collect payments whether in cash or credit
• Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets
• Prepping food before, during, and after the shift
• Full breakdown and cleaning of ice cream machine at the end of the night
• Redeem vouchers
• Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
• Greet customers
• Maintain clean and tidy areas
• Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies
• Bagging and serving orders

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Work experience as a cashier or in a similar role in the service industry
• Basic PC knowledge
• Familiarity with electronic equipment, like cash registers and POS
• Good math skills
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Customer satisfaction-oriented

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid Food Handlers Certificate.

  Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
