15 to Fit Method™ Pilates is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and dynamic Certified Pilates Instructor to join our vibrant team. This Full-Time position is ideal for someone passionate about fitness and looking to expand their career in a thriving and supportive environment. Please note, this role is based on-site as it is not a remote job position.
At 15 to Fit Method™ Pilates, we specialize in delivering high-quality Pilates instruction using innovative equipment and techniques. We pride ourselves on creating a motivational space that encourages each member of our community to advance their skills and achieve their fitness goals. As we prepare to extend our reach to new locations, this is a fantastic chance for a professional instructor to grow and excel in their Pilates career.
People skills and personality.
High School Diploma.
At least one (1) Fitness Course or Certification.
At least one year or more of fitness or dance teaching experience.

Our owner, Patrea Aeschliman, is a Balanced Body Master Instructor who has trained instructors internationally. We currently offer fitness classes using Pilates equipment, suspension training and bodyweight conditioning. We offer one-on-one instruction, or small group instruction of 6 people or less, in which we educate, motivate, and support our clients to improve their health and fitness. Our studio is located in Mooresville right off of Exit 33 on Williamson Road. We will be expanding to Huntersville and are actively seeking instructors to teach in Mooresville, Huntersville or both.
You can earn $20-$40 per hour and from 5 hours per week up to full-time. Starting hourly rate is based upon experience in instructing Pilates equipment and fitness training sessions. 15 to Fit offers a casual, fun environment, innovative equipment, and the opportunity to learn the inner-workings of a successful Pilates training studio. This is an amazing opportunity to expand your personal training and Pilates knowledge without having to travel to different parts of the country and spend hundreds of dollars in workshop costs! You will have the opportunity to work on a daily basis with Master Instructors.
