[ Duties ]

• Supervision of Alterations to an Existing 30,000 SF, Pre-engineered Metal Building (Existing Siding is to be Removed, Then RE-Installed. Structural Framing Items, Purlins, Beams, Channels, Trusses, Angles Etc, are to be Welded to the Underside of the Building, to Re-Enforce the Super Structure, to Carry the Load of a NEW Single ply Roofing System, to be Installed on top of the Existing Roof.).
• Lead in the ONSITE Management and Coordination of the SUB-CONTRACTORS WORK while Project is in progress (ALL Work is Sub-Contracted out Already)
• Compile and deliver Daily Project Reports to the Project Manager

[ Requirements ]

• Prior experience as a SUPERINTENDENT overseeing COMMERCIAL Construction build-out projects
• General Working Knowledge of all Crafts with an ability to read drawings and understand specifications
• MUST have an OSHA 30 and a FELONY FREE background

[ Details ]

• $70k - $80k a year (Depending on Experience)
• Home at Night, NO TRAVEL
