Type: Contract : 12 Months

Skills

• Technical and self-motivated individuals must be persuasive and possess strong negotiating skills; ability to provide guidance and motivation to supervise contractors and to customer representatives.
• Project management skills required to implement studies and projects; ability to work independently or as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Good understanding of the electric utility industry; broad technical knowledge across specific engineering discipline.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; good written and verbal communication skills; possess the ability to effectively present ideas to and persuade intended audiences.
• Able to investigate, analyze and develop solutions to unique and multi-faceted problems and complex issues.
• Good working knowledge of the latest standards and codes
• Working knowledge of various metering devices, instrumentation and control and data acquisition equipment. Working knowledge of computer-based office programs for word processing and data manipulation

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of applicable experience with a utility, research organization, relevant manufacturer, contractor, consultant or energy services company
