Job Title: Contract/Procurement Manager

Location: Lauderdale, FL (Onsite)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience independently managing public outreach for transportation construction projects across multiple projects simultaneously
• At least 1 year of experience supervising staff involved in transportation-related outreach efforts
• Experience in crisis management and communications, including strategy development, budgeting, and event planning

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact with the Department's Project Manager (or designee) for all contract-related activities
• Ensure full compliance with contract terms and deliverables
• Manage contract budget and oversee spending
• Lead special projects and perform Quality Assurance (QA) and/or Quality Control (QC) on all collateral materials
• Supervise and manage the entire staff assigned to the contract, including monitoring work output
• Collaborate with the Department's Project Manager to streamline processes and implement cost-effective business practices
• Coordinate the development and maintenance of project websites
• Perform additional duties related to the position as assigned.
