Who is Kaptyn?

Since 2016 we've been on a mission to make transportation more efficient, enjoyable and accessible. We started by creating an innovative software suite to help transportation companies manage their operations. It was a good start, but we knew that we could have a bigger impact. So, in 2019 we decided to purchase two of the best fleet operations in America and combine them into a force for change. In 2020 we will unveil the future of transportation and are looking for passionate team members to join us to advance our mission. Our commitment to creating a better experience in a better way is fueled by a belief that the transportation industry needs to focus less on eliminating drivers and more on empowering them. Job Summary

As a Customer Success Agent for Kaptyn, you are powered by our core values and provide a high level of guidance and support to our valued customers.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers
  • Communicate effectively with customers over several contact channels
  • Promptly acknowledge and resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all products available to help support the Customer Success Team and answer questions
  • Ensures that proper records are maintained by noting customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
  • Communicates and coordinates with colleagues as needed to perform all duties
  • Receives and provides feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and function
  • Ensures customer satisfaction and provides professional customer support to guests and staff
  • Performs other related duties as required

Required Skills/Abilities

  • 2 years prior customer service experience or equivalent, preferably in a high volume call center environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Effective time management, organizational, and decision-making skills
  • Adaptable to change and have a self-driven attitude
  • Possess a customer first mentality to deliver above and beyond service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or other similar software
  • Pleasant voice and ability to communicate clearly via telephone
  • Call center experience
  • bilingual preferred but not require

Education And Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
