Customer Success Manager
Salary: $80,000 - $85,000

A growing SaaS company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to work closely with executive leadership to develop systems and workflows that ensure exceptional customer experiences . This role focuses on driving adoption, engagement, and growth while maintaining strong relationships with customers.
✅ Customer Relationship Management – Develop trusted advisor relationships with customers, from Sr. Executives to technical stakeholders.
✅ Account Strategy & Alignment – Work closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and leadership to drive adoption and expansion .
✅ Customer Success Planning – Create and execute customer success plans that align with strategic goals.
✅ Product Feedback & Growth – Gather customer insights to help shape product roadmap development .
✅ Retention & Renewals – Implement processes around retention, referrals, and expansion while managing enterprise renewals .
✅ Customer Engagement – Conduct strategic and operational reviews to ensure customers meet their goals.
