Salary: $80,000 - $85,000

Overview

A growing SaaS company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to work closely with executive leadership to develop systems and workflows that ensure exceptional customer experiences . This role focuses on driving adoption, engagement, and growth while maintaining strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Customer Relationship Management – Develop trusted advisor relationships with customers, from Sr. Executives to technical stakeholders.
✅ Account Strategy & Alignment – Work closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and leadership to drive adoption and expansion .
✅ Customer Success Planning – Create and execute customer success plans that align with strategic goals.
✅ Product Feedback & Growth – Gather customer insights to help shape product roadmap development .
✅ Retention & Renewals – Implement processes around retention, referrals, and expansion while managing enterprise renewals .
✅ Customer Engagement – Conduct strategic and operational reviews to ensure customers meet their goals.

What We’re Looking For

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in account management, sales, or implementation in a SaaS environment .
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with executives and stakeholders.
• Strong project management, time management, and communication skills .
• Technical aptitude to explain solutions and provide strategic insights.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment .
• Proven ability to own renewals for enterprise clients , ensuring retention and revenue growth.
• Self-starter who thrives in cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving.
