The Job:

We are currently recruiting for an entry-level  Data Entry Specialist . This position is responsible for digitizing data for storage purposes. This position is an administrative role that includes collecting client information, maintaining an organized filing system, and reviewing data for completeness and accuracy. Recent college graduates and entry-level talent are encouraged to apply.

What You Will Be Doing As A  Data Entry Specialist :

  • Collect and digitize data such as invoices, client information, and financial statements
  • Establish data entry standards by continually updating filing systems to improve data quality
  • Maintain a detailed and organized record system to ensure data entries are accurate and complete
  • Attend to data queries and report any major data errors to management
  • Adhere to best data management practices and maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency
  • Keep a record of hard copy data and file accordingly

  • Complex task maintenance— juggle many details and moving pieces simultaneously, while maintaining composure until tight deadlines
  • I nformation Ordering— seek out necessary data, keep accurate and detailed records, organize and monitor ongoing projects, schedules, and events
  • Discretion - act with prudence and circumspection, especially in the handling of confidential and private documents/data.
  • Attention to detail - careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks


Salary:

  • $40,000-50,000/yr + Benefits

Requirements To Be A  Data Entry Specialist :

  • Bachelor's degree
