Job Title: Data Entry Coordinator

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Coordinator to join our client and play a vital role in supporting their operational efficiency. This onsite, temporary-to-hire position, based near Cherry Hill, NJ, focuses on the meticulous processing and entry of critical documentation to facilitate essential licensing procedures.

Compensation:

• $19/hour

Work Schedule:

• Monday - Friday, standard business hours (flexible between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM).

Key Responsibilities of the Data Entry Coordinator:

• Manage and process a high volume of documents, including driver records, violation notices, titles, registrations, and license plate information.
• Organize, sort, and catalogue documents to ensure efficient data entry preparation.
• Perform accurate and timely data entry to meet departmental goals and deadlines.
• Provide support for various data entry processes across the operational department.
• Assist with other assigned tasks and special projects as needed.
• Handle document processing, filing, and mailing procedures.

Qualifications and Skills for the Data Entry Coordinator:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Ability to manage entry-level data processing workloads.
• Knowledge of DMV regulations is a plus, but not required.
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and volume.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with employees and customers.
