Job Description

DMS is seeking an Evaluations & Support Specialist for a major FAA learning services contract in Tampa, FL. The ideal candidate should possess strong data analytical skills and the ability to present findings that support and provide recommendations and strategies for improvement of the training and development curriculum.

Responsibilities

  • Provide evaluation support for training and developmental curriculum requirements
  • Observe deliveries of course materials and gain a strong understanding of curriculum
  • Distribute and collect evaluation tools
  • Analyze all training evaluation data generated by course deliveries
  • Generate specialty reports from the data collected as requested
  • Help in designing or modifying data analysis tools
  • Assist site team members in the production, assembly, and shipment of materials
  • Assist site team members in classroom set up and break down

Education

  • Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college of university with a major in business, statistical analysis, psychology, or a related field of study

Required Qualifications

  • Three years of experience in designing, developing, implementing, assessing and reporting results from data generated through scientific data analysis.
  • Skilled and experienced at assessing data and developing a plan to identify gaps in training and development and provide recommendations and strategies for closing gaps.
  • Experience in the field of data analytics and management
  • Experience in the design and development of evaluation and analytical tools for both classroom and technology-based courses
  • Ability to provide visually appealing dashboards and reports
  • Experience utilizing Kirkpatrick's levels of evaluation and how they are used for performance improvement
