No prior experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive in-house training to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel. This entry-level role plays a crucial part in our face-to-face outreach efforts, community engagement, and fundraising initiatives.

As an Event Marketing Assistant , you will contribute to the success of our outreach and fundraising teams by ensuring day-to-day objectives and targets are met. Key Responsibilities

• Support team objectives by handling specific tasks independently and collaboratively.
• Serve as the internal liaison between customers and clients.
• Assist in meeting fundraising and outreach targets.
• Attend meetings, workshops, and training sessions to develop key skills.
• Strive to improve customer service and cost-effectiveness.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing their needs efficiently.
• Produce detailed and accurate reports of donations and outreach performance.
• Report progress to the Operations Director weekly (or as required).
• Cultivate excellent customer service skills to align with company standards.
