The Events Administrative Assistant is responsible for administrative duties. This position works closely with Event Managers. Primary service efforts are in developing and assisting proper meeting room sets and confirming accurate and timely details within the planning phase. Duties also include but are not limited to hospitality amenities, special VIP requests and facilitating communication before, during and post event with pertinent hotel staff to ensure a high level of service.
