The Office of Enrollment Management comprises five functional areas, including the Office of Admission, the HUB, University Registrar's Office, Student Financials and Enrollment Systems, and the Office of International Education. All of these areas work together to provide students, families and the campus community with student support and administrative services from the time of recruitment, to enrollment and all the way through graduation. We are seeking an Executive Director of Admission. Reporting to the Associate Vice Provost for Enrollment Innovation and Interim Associate Dean of Admission, the Executive Director of Admission is responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the Office of Admission. This position is responsible for assisting the Associate Dean in managing all recruitment efforts while overseeing the office day-to-day operations, including staffing and scheduling. The Office of Admission strategically leads University efforts in recruiting, admitting, and enrolling an academically talented, geographic, socioeconomic, and holistically diverse undergraduate class currently representing forty-six states and twenty-nine countries. The Executive Director will directly supervise the teams responsible for prospective undergraduate student recruitment, admission review, travel, yield, and support with the ultimate responsibility for an office of approximately fifteen full-time professional employees. The Executive Director will recruit when needed.Core responsibilities include:
