Train and gain mastery over extrusion operations, delivering top-grade plastic components while consistently meeting standards. Which shift aligns with your rhythm?

• Afternoons (3:45 pm to midnight)
• Midnights (11:45 pm to 8:00 am)

Your Role and Impact

• Administer extrusion tasks requiring little guidance.
• Ensure precise measurement taking using specialized tools.
• Fill out necessary paperwork like monitoring and maintenance requests.
• Create and apply barcodes as per product specifications.
• Maintain digital logs of production metrics and specifics.
• Effectively handle and weigh materials waste.
• Utilize grinders for material refinement.
• Complement production by mixing materials to specifications.
• Consistently maintain quality adherence.
• Nurture a positive work environment through collaboration.
• Prioritize workplace safety in all actions.

Your Added Contributions

• Execute hi-lo operations with skill.
• Occasionally engage in overtime or weekend duties when necessary.
• Maintain a tidy and functional workspace.

Qualifications You Bring

Your foundation includes:

• Competence in basic mathematics, fractions, and decimals.
• Understanding of Statistical Process Control fundamentals.
• Blueprint reading skills.
• Knowledge of essential operating temperatures.
• Committed to at least a year in the manufacturing field; plastic work is a bonus.
• Mechanical skills are valued.

Educational and Experience Requirements

You'll have a high school degree or GED, with a preference for those experienced in plastics, SPC, and blueprint reading.

All candidates must successfully pass a physical, drug screen, and background check.

Proficiencies Needed:

• Capability in Equipment and Mechanical Troubleshooting
• Machine Setup Experience for Production Success
• Hands-On Plastic Extrusion Skills
• Completion of a High School or Equivalent Education (GED)
• Acquaintance with the Manufacturing Environment
• Experience in Injection Molding is Advantageous

Industry Tools Mastered:

• Grinder Tools
• Extrusion Equipment
• Precision Gauging Instruments
• Calipers and Micrometers for Measurement Accuracy
