In this role, you’ll oversee the maintenance and operations of hanger and leased space for our clients, ensuring excellence in service delivery and client satisfaction. Your key responsibilities include:

 
  • Managing the installation, maintenance, and repair of critical systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and safety).
  • Coordinating service providers and ensuring all vendors meet quality and contract standards.
  • Addressing client needs through hands-on management of janitorial services, landscaping, waste removal, and property upkeep.
  • Monitoring budgets and implementing cost-effective strategies to maximize value.
  • Providing leadership to your team, ensuring high performance and professional development.
  • Conducting site walk-throughs, documenting needs, and providing regular updates to Keystone leadership.
What Makes You the Perfect Fit
  • Education & Experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree in facility management, engineering, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
    • 7-10 years in facilities management, including hands-on MEP systems experience.
    • 5+ years of team leadership and supervisory experience.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with CMMS and construction management software.
  • Certifications:
    • Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Facility Management Professional (FMP) preferred.
  • Skills & Attributes:
    • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
    • A commitment to continuous improvement and team success.
