Job Description
ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Field Technician** to join our team in **Altadena, California.**
This is a temporary position that ends 12/31/2025.
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ Resolves a broad range of technical issues in support of customer's computer and mobile hardware, software and network related issues
+ Install, configure and troubleshoot software
+ Maintain and update records and tickets using ServiceNow
+ Provides support on an as needed basis outside of normal business hours
+ Learn customers hardware and software environment to assist in manufacturing and fabrication support
+ Alerts management to issues that may require escalation with details of the situation
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ 3-5 years desktop systems support experience in mid-to-large environments.
+ At least one Technical Certification such as:
+ Apple (ACMT, ACSP)
+ Windows (MCSE, MOS)
+ CompTIA A+ Experience using the ServiceNow problem/ticket management systems
+ Strong understanding of Apple 15.3.1 Sequoia
+ Experience with desktop imaging process and provisioning and managing computers in an Active Directory environment
+ Familiar with Windows 11, Linux-RedHat 7, Apple Jamf, Personal Identification Verification (PIV), Two Factor Authentication
+ Experience with supporting Mobile Devices
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's or associate degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university
**Clearance Requirements:**
+ Must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust prior to starting this position.
**Physical Requirements:**
+ Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time
+ Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer
+ The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and clients, which may involve delivering presentations ad must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
