**Flexographic Press Operator (2nd Shift)** **Base Pay:** $24 - $33 per hour (based on experience) **Employment Type:** Full-Time **Shift:** Monday - Thursday, 2:00 PM - 12:30 AM **About Steven Label** Leading manufacturer of high-quality labels, overlays, and other printed products, primarily serving the medical device industry. With over 70 years of experience, we pride ourselves on delivering precision and innovation through a wide range of printing capabilities, including screen, flexographic, offset, and digital printing. **Job Summary** We are looking for a skilled **Flexographic Press Operator** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of Flexographic presses, such as the MA 2200, to ensure we meet our production and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude. **Key Responsibilities** + **Press Operation & Maintenance:** Set up and operate Flexographic presses (e.g., MA 2200). Perform routine equipment maintenance to ensure optimal performance. + **Quality & Safety:** Maintain a clean and organized work environment and follow all safety procedures. + **Inventory & Teamwork:** Manage the inventory of press supplies and collaborate with team members to support production goals. + **Troubleshooting:** Apply your knowledge of Flexographic printing, ink theory, and color matching to troubleshoot and resolve press issues. **Qualifications & Skills** + High School Diploma or equivalent. + **3-5 years of experience** in Flexographic printing, with a preference for experience on an MA 2200 press. + Strong understanding of **ink theory, color matching** , and press maintenance. + Able to follow work instructions in English. + Physically capable of lifting up to **50 lbs** and standing for extended periods. **Benefits** Steven Label is committed to its employees' well-being.
