Job Description

1. Responsible for the overall planning and development process follow-up of overseas casual game projects, and control the final quality;
2. Write system documents, core gameplay, game function design, interaction design, level and value setting;
3. Communicate and cooperate with programs, artists, and tests to implement game design requirements and ensure high-quality restoration of the program;
4. Analyze the mainstream products in the market, pay attention to the data of game products, and continuously propose optimization plans for products based on player feedback after launch, operation and maintenance;
5. Help team members improve their planning ability and promote the healthy development of the team.
