BD Parata’s Global Platform team is seeking a Global Marketing Manager to develop & execute Commercial Excellence initiatives across the Parata Core portfolio. This role involves driving global commercial execution of product strategies for various portfolios and partnering with Regional Marketing teams to achieve business objectives and evaluate opportunities for geographic expansion.
This role provides flexibility to work on site 4 days weekly and remotely on Fridays.
Support global commercial strategy ensuring achievement of budgets and sustainable growth in customer segments.
Establish knowledge of Pharmacy markets & competitive landscape, including customer needs and market trends.
Support portfolio segmentation, positioning & messaging, ensuring consistent brand strategy globally.
Lead development of marketing plans for pouch & inspection portfolios and support strategic global projects.
Effectively collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment in portfolio and marketing strategy.
Bachelor’s degree required.
4+ years experience in medical device marketing or related fields, with prior product launch experience preferred.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategies to meet business objectives.
Strong analytical skills and ability to influence through data.
Exceptional communication skills.
Ability to travel regularly to various locations (up to 20% of the time).
