We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our printing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content for print and digital media, working closely with clients and the production team to ensure designs meet specifications and branding guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and prepare print-ready files for various materials, including banners, business cards, flyers, brochures, packaging, and promotional products.
-Work closely with clients to understand their design needs and provide creative solutions.
-Ensure all designs meet printing specifications such as resolution, color mode, and bleed requirements.
-Collaborate with the production team to ensure accurate printing and finishing of designs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
-Edit and retouch images as needed for print and digital use.
-Stay up-to-date with design trends and printing technologies to enhance creative output.
-Maintain an organized archive of design files and assets.
Qualifications & Skills:
-Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in a printing company or a related industry.
-Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong understanding of print production processes, including color management, file setup, and finishing techniques.
-Attention to detail and ability to proof designs for errors before printing.
-Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.
-Strong communication and customer service skills for working with clients and team members.
- Experience with large-format printing, packaging, or branding is a plus.
