Title –Healthcare Senior Business Consultant / Business Architect

Location- This position can sit in Dallas, TX or Minneapolis, MN. Onsite for 11 weeks then 100% remote.

Healthcare experience is must.

we need better Healthcare Business Architect profiles who has a longitudinal understanding of Payer and Provider applications.

 

Our expectation from the candidate is to have a broader functional understanding of a wide array of Payer/Provider apps (Payer: Enrolment, claims, benefit setup, UM/CM, provider management / Provider: EHR/EMR, Revenue Cycle Management, Patient Information systems, Scheduling systems etc), not a deeper working knowledge of only 1 or 2 systems within the Payer/provider enterprises.

Job Description:

• Extensive Healthcare Experience: Seeking a candidate with approximately 15 years in the U.S. healthcare industry, encompassing payer systems, provider systems, and healthcare technology.

• Telehealth Expertise: Proficient in developing virtual healthcare solutions, specifically in primary care, urgent care, mental health, and virtual therapies.

• Virtual Healthcare Application Development: Experience in modernizing and enhancing virtual healthcare applications to improve patient experience and operational efficiency.

• Omnichannel Experience Development: Skilled in creating omnichannel experiences using web, mobile, chat, social media, and email platforms.

• EHR/EMR and RCM Proficiency: Strong background in Electronic Health Records (EHR)/Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), focusing on delivering measurable business outcomes.

• Payer Operations Knowledge: Deep understanding of at least four functional areas within payer operations, such as claims processing, enrolment, billing, provider network management, clinical management, care management, authorizations, and referrals.

• Technical Implementation Insight: Ability to assess the feasibility of technical implementations and negotiate requirements with customer stakeholders.

• Business Outcome Focus: Adept at focusing on business outcomes and key performance indicators (KPIs), transforming problem statements into valuable business solutions.

• RFP Response Expertise: Experienced in responding to customer RFPs with solutions that meet client requirements and drive value.

• Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate effectively, handle challenging customer situations, and maintain positive client relationships.

• Data Analytics Programs: Expertise in designing and executing data analytics programs for actionable insights; knowledge of Value-Based Care analytics and Population Health Management.

• Healthcare Technology Proficiency: Familiar with at least one core administrative platform within U.S. payer systems (e.g., Facets, NASCO, Health Edge, MMIS).

• Salesforce and Oracle Implementation: Experience in implementing healthcare industry solutions using Salesforce and Oracle healthcare products.

• AI and Cloud Technologies: Familiarity with AI and generative AI technologies to develop AI-based healthcare use cases; knowledge of cloud-based data analytics platforms like Snowflake or DataBricks.

• EHR/EMR Integration Experience: Experience with leading EHR/EMR platforms and integrating them within healthcare IT ecosystems.

• Communication and Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders; strong leadership in mentoring teams and fostering collaboration.

• Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to quantify business outcomes and develop strategic solutions.

• Adaptability and Innovation: Proactive in staying updated with industry trends and emerging technologies; demonstrates flexibility and willingness to travel as required.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business, Computer Science, or related field;

• MBA preferred.

Certifications:

• F-AHM or P-AHM certified in U.S. Healthcare; preferred certifications in at least two areas such as AI technologies, Snowflake, Salesforce, Oracle Healthcare products, or Data Analytics.

Work Location:

Minneapolis, MN. Candidate should be prepared to work onsite for the first 2 months, with potential for remote work based on business conditions.
