Job Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing potholes, clearing debris, and applying road markings
• Operate and maintain various equipment including snowplows, graders, and mowers
• Assist with traffic control during road construction and maintenance projects
• Respond to emergency situations such as accidents, floods, and severe weather events
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• CDLs preferred
• Experience in road maintenance or construction is preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
