This opportunity entails being responsible for the oversight of the day-to-day operations of the HR Solutions Center, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of HR services to employees across the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding, benefits, and leave management, to data management and offboarding. Provides oversight to total rewards administrative processes and support functions such as maintaining employee HR (benefits, compensation, and workforce) data in the HR information/management system. Manages processes, collaborates with HR business partners and functional teams, and drives continuous improvement initiatives to meet business needs and optimize the employee experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversees the HR Solutions Center. Provides direction and support to HRIS, Benefits, and HR Coordinators on escalated tickets or complex processes and changes.

  • Ensures timely handling of employee inquiries, issue resolution and support.

  • Maintains, evaluates, troubleshoots, and ensures data integrity within the HRIS by performing and overseeing audits.

  • Maintains all process related documentation and updates for the HR Solutions Center.

  • Oversees and maintains the knowledge articles and information available within employee-facing sites like ServiceNow and SharePoint.

  • Tracks key HR metrics to measure service delivery effectiveness and generates reports to identify areas for improvement.

  • Serves as project manager for assigned HR Service Delivery projects.

  • Oversees and ensures the accuracy of processing and approving employee data change transactions in the HRIS.

  • Responsible for the recruitment, hiring, mentoring, development, and retention of staff, including performance and compensation reviews.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field and 5 years HR experience, including but not limited to HRIS, Benefits, Performance Management and Recruiting, or

  • Master's degree in relevant field and 4 years HR experience, including but not limited to HRIS, Benefits, Performance Management and Recruiting, or

  • In lieu of education, 9 years HR and/or HRIS experience

  • Proven ability to partner with internal technical and non-technical staff as well as third party vendors to deliver effective results

What We Prefer:

  • Experience with SharePoint Online

  • Experience with ServiceNow

  • Experience with personal computer applications

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and other Office applications

  • Working knowledge of HRIS software applications and products

  • Previous managerial experience
