- Partner with the Logs+ Department business leaders to build people capabilities that will drive business performance;
- Partner and mobilize the Logs+ Department in the deployment of HR initiatives including talent management and performance management;
- Work closely with people managers to determine business and leadership development needs to achieve functional objectives;
- Drive leadership development, engagement, employee relations, and company value application;
- Manage the manpower budget of the department, ensuring that it is within what was planned and solution with the business if business requirements change throughout the year.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to attract, select, and retain the best talents to meet business goals;
- Collaborate with Rewards to manage headcount planning, and employment costs, and ensure appropriate HR practices /policies for employees regarding pay, sales incentives, career development & talent management;
- Participate in HR projects to implement business agenda;
- Working together with managers and employees to solve conflicts and help facilitate positive employee relations, maintain a good working environment, build morale, and decrease unwanted turnover;
- Work with external recruitment and staffing agencies to adequately staff the business and manage employee performance.
