IBI Healthcare Institute is hiring a **Clinical Admin (HVA)** to join our fully remote team. This vital role ensures seamless coordination between clinical operations and administrative systems - directly supporting our providers and enhancing patient care.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

* Coordinate schedules, documentation, and follow-ups for clinical staff
* Support onboarding, credentialing, and administrative workflows
* Respond promptly to provider and patient coordination needs
* Maintain accurate records and assist with compliance-related tasks
* Collaborate with on-site and remote teams to streamline operations

### **Qualifications:**

* **Licensed RN** with relevant clinical experience or Strong clinical and administrative background in healthcare (clinic, ASC, or hospital)
* Highly organized, dependable, and tech-savvy in a remote setting
* Excellent communication and time-management skills
