Honeywell Korea is operating its business since 1984. Currently, we have five Strategic Business Group with nearly 600 full time employees and its revenue of USD 550M USD. Industrial Automation (IA) is roughly 175M of revenue with an aggressive growth target over the 3-year horizon. We are looking to hire the IA Leader for Honeywell Korea, this position will be based in Seoul and will report to GM Asia Pacific for IA.
This is a senior leadership appointment and will take responsibility for the development and growth of Honeywell IA businesses in country, spanning diversified lines of business including:
+ Honeywell Process Solutions (HPS)
+ Honeywell Sensing Solutions (HSS)
+ Process Measurement & Control (PMC)
+ Smart Energy & Thermal Solutions (SETS)
+ Productivity Solutions & Services (PSS)
+ Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Drive orders and revenue for IA Korea by closely engaging with IA team and customers in Korea
+ Analyze long-term market trends, customer needs, and evaluate competitive landscape in order to develop a 3 Year Strategic Plan and Execute it
+ Build and maintain key customer relationships and be the face of IA in the Country
+ Drive partnerships and framework agreements with target customers ( End Users and EPCs) , OEMs to help drive growth
+ Continue to evolve Channel landscape to have best in class partners
+ Local leadership to the IA Korea team and help them advance professional and personal growth
+ Create a synergistic and cost-effective group platform to support the growth and development of the operating business groups. -This will include developing plans to allocate resources within the country to drive growth
+ Hold geographic orders and revenue responsibility for activities in the country and be accountable for employee performance.
+ Formulate, together with GBE leaders, the strategic plan for IA business growth and define strategic synergies in country.
+ Organize and coordinate all business activities in country and leverage the breadth and depth of the company's product and solutions portfolio to create a total value proposition to customers and employees in the country
+ Develop, protect, and nurture customer relationships, and have detailed knowledge of key pursuit status, including assistance in developing tactical and strategic plans to grow faster than market indices and the competition in the country.
+ Provide firm overall stewardship of IA Business activities in the country, interacting closely with the functional leaders and the senior management team in Asia Pacific and Global.
+ Identify and coordinate resources within and outside IA Business needed to support strategic commercial developments. The successful candidate is expected to provide coordination and alignment of cross-business resources to support cross-business growth initiatives.
+ As a senior leader will drive teamwork/engagement initiatives and "best practice" values and vision throughout the organization. -He/she must be a strong team builder and leader who is capable of attracting, recruiting and developing local talent and drive diversity & inclusion.
**Qualifications/ Experience/ Knowledge**
+ 15+ years' experience in a team leadership role including experience of managing a high performing team with proven track record of growth and profit/margin expansion
+ Needs to be comfortable communicating in English
+ Graduate/ undergraduate engineering degree with an MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
+ Proven experience in working closely with a peer group comprising of cross function leaders in Customer Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, Technical Service, Supply chain and logistics experience; with ability to cohesively work together with an integrative approach to meet goals.
+ Should have ability to understand financial data and identify appropriate actions indicated by variances to ensure key metrics are achieved.
+ Demonstrated ability to develop a long-term Strategic business plan; demonstrated capability to execute in line with plan, influence or directly manage resources and investment across multiple functions.
+ Strong business acumen, leadership, and strategic program execution skills, process driven with strong analytical mindset.
