Salary: 83,240 - 138,000 USD per year Requirements:

• We require a candidate who has 12+ years of experience in Middleware Administration. You should possess expertise in Pega & Tomcat Platform Administration, along with a deep understanding of Pega and Tomcat architecture, deployment, and installation processes. A solid background in migration and performance tuning of all Pega application versions and Tomcat servers is essential. You also need proficiency in handling Pega's databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server, etc.) and experience in configuring and deploying applications in WebSphere Application Servers.
• We expect you to have hands-on experience with networking, load balancers, firewalls, and certificates in Pega and Tomcat systems, as well as familiarity with the Ansible automation tool. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Maven) is required, along with scripting experience for automation (e.g., Python, Shell scripting). You should have experience in diagnosing and resolving production issues, system outages, and bottlenecks, and be available for 24/7 on-call support. A Cloud (AWS/Azure) Certification is mandatory.

Responsibilities:

• In this role, you will design and implement infrastructure solutions that align with our business requirements and adhere to industry best practices. You will oversee the administration and optimization of IBM WebSphere Application Server environments and provide technical guidance and support for our cloud-based infrastructure to ensure scalability and reliability.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain infrastructure architecture standards, conduct regular assessments of our existing infrastructure to identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes. Ensuring the security and compliance of infrastructure solutions, in line with industry regulations and standards, is crucial. You will develop and maintain documentation for our infrastructure architecture processes and procedures.
• Monitoring infrastructure performance, implementing proactive measures to prevent issues and downtime, and leading troubleshooting efforts for complex infrastructure issues to provide timely resolutions will be part of your responsibilities. Staying updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, you will recommend innovative solutions to enhance our infrastructure capabilities. Additionally, you will manage infrastructure projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints while providing training and support to your team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

We offer a competitive annual salary for this position, ranging from $83,240 to $138,000, depending on your experience and qualifications. This role is also eligible for our discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards based on performance.
