Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis to document and resolve complex manufacturing issues.
• Collaborate closely with the operations team to provide technical support.
• Lead long-term projects, from development to delivery, ensuring alignment with cost, quality, and delivery targets.
• Facilitate the qualification and validation of equipment and special processes in manufacturing.
• Design processes that are robust and capable of sustaining business requirements.
• Draft work instructions and documentation to train team members effectively.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related experience equivalent to 3 years in the manufacturing field.
• Preferably experienced in ISO regulated environments or medical device manufacturing.
• Demonstrated ability in advanced problem solving and root cause analysis.
• Effective communicator capable of cross-functional teamwork for project completion.
• Experience in leading Lean or TOC-based improvements.
• Proficiency in modeling and drafting, with Solidworks or similar systems.
• Strong understanding of GD&T and related drafting practices.
• Knowledge of MasterCam, Esprit, or Partmaker CAM systems is an advantage.
