About the Role:
As an Insight Specialist at First Insight, you will be responsible for assisting and supporting the Customer Success team and our customers in the creation, review, and deployment of Insight engagements.

Main Duties:
- Create and execute customers’ online engagements (\"Insights\"), including collecting and organizing online assets.
- Review data inputs for quality control and best practices.
- Communicate directly with customers to ensure on-time and successful completion of product/initiative Insights & studies.
- Partner with the Customer Success team to identify customer business goals and align First Insight\'s capabilities.
- Attend meetings to understand customer requirements, strategies, and ensure successful Insight engagements.
- Travel to customer sites as needed for photographing items or assisting with strategy meetings.
- Collaborate on ad-hoc projects with Customer Success management.
- Identify and establish customer-specific workflow efficiencies.

Requirements:

Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Degree from an accredited college or university; preferred in Retail Merchandising/Planning, Business, or Analytics.
- Proven track record of learning, understanding, and accurately executing tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to follow defined processes.
- 2+ years of retail/CPG experience is helpful.
- Understanding of data analytics for decision-making.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, balancing multiple responsibilities.
- Outstanding listening, verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Goal-oriented with high personal drive, integrity, and energy.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Project management experience is helpful.
- Understanding of the product creation and introduction (GTM) process.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Comfortable working in a team environment.
- Hybrid work-from-home position: willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
