Job Description

Our law office is growing and we need the right legal marketing assistant to help us promote our brand to the community. You’ll be responsible for working with the marketing team on developing key strategic marketing campaigns, both online and offline, that get the word out there about our legal services. Some experience in the legal industry is a plus, but not necessary for this role. The successful applicants will have the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines and bring fresh, forward-thinking ideas to the team.   • Oversee social media and website, mailing lists, data analytics, and SEO to ensure content is regularly updated with the most recent information
  • Report out monthly statistics for website and social media traffic, engagement, and lead generation, continuously follow the latest market trends, and suggest ideas for optimization
  • Create content for digital marketing campaigns through email, social media, and online advertising that will generate brand awareness and bring new clients to the legal firm
  • Establish a strategic marketing plan that effectively promotes our legal firm
  • Maintain responsibility over the firm’s brand integrity by overseeing the copywriting and image creation of all print materials including letterhead, business cards, brochures, flyers, etc.
  • Organize volunteer opportunities and other grassroots campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze marketing and PR metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven improvements
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our marketing and PR efforts remain competitive and relevant
Qualifications:
  • Must have very strong written and verbal marketing communication skills
  • Familiarity with web platforms, email systems, social media, public relations, and brand identity - basic graphic design skills are a plus
  • Some experience or a strong interest in the legal industry is highly preferred
  • Candidates must be able to manage multiple projects with varied timelines on tight deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing and PR, with a focus on legal marketing preferred
  • Strong understanding of the legal industry and its nuances
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing
  • Experience in SEO and PPC campaigns
  • Experience with event planning and coordination.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
