As a Material Flow Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and implementing logistics processes and systems that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery of products. In addition, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, and sales to help streamline the supply chain process and enhance customer satisfaction. This position reports directly to the Warehouse Manager and will operate daily out of the Fresno, CA facility. Relocation for this position cannot be supported and qualified candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. Sponsorship is not available for applicants for US Work visa status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT or any other employment-based visa. **Your main responsibilities:** + Analyze and improve logistics processes to optimize material flow, inventory levels, and transportation efficiency. + Develop and implement logistics strategies aligned with global and regional supply chain goals. + Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure seamless inbound and outbound logistics operations. + Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to drive continuous improvement. + Support warehouse design, automation projects, and logistics technology implementation. + Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. + Lead or participate in cross-functional projects related to supply chain optimization. + Support the transformation of strong material flow behavior across the plant. + Drive initiatives to improve material flow and GPS skills and competences within our tools and methods. **Your background:** **We imagine that you have:** + A bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or a related field is preferred, but not required. + A minimum of 2+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain within a manufacturing environment. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Proficient in ERP Systems (SAP) and logistics software. + Knowledge in Lean, Six Sigma, and similar process improvement methodologies is a plus. + The ability to operate daily out of the Fresno, CA facility. In Fresno, CA the annual salary range for this position is $69,489-94,102.
