Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Mental Health Clinical Manager to oversee the daily clinical operations and provide supervision to our dedicated counseling staff. This leadership role will involve ensuring the highest quality of adolescent substance abuse treatment, managing clinical staff, and ensuring compliance with all necessary accreditation and regulatory standards. You'll play a key role in supporting both the professional growth of the team and the recovery journey of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer the clinical treatment program to meet regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
Supervise and guide clinical staff, ensuring compliance with licensure standards and funding requirements.
Monitor and provide feedback on clinical treatment and documentation to ensure it aligns with standards for care, billing, and insurance requirements.
Lead therapeutic activities and interventions, managing any incidents involving disturbed/aggressive behavior.
Assist in staff training, performance evaluations, and provide ongoing support to ensure the team is equipped for success.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient staffing and resource allocation.
Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities, both personally and for the clinical team.
Address client concerns and operational issues, maintaining a supportive and positive environment.
Uphold confidentiality and demonstrate respect for all team members and clients.
Participate in the Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) program, identifying areas for improvement and facilitating change where necessary.
Qualifications:
Education: Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Behavioral Sciences, or a closely related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in counseling and program administration related to addiction. Supervisory experience is preferred.
Licensure: Required to be a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
Skills:
Strong experience in managing and developing clinical teams.
Excellent counseling, documentation, and assessment skills.
Ability to supervise and train clinical staff effectively.
Knowledge of substance abuse counseling and therapeutic community philosophy.
Familiarity with insurance, Medicaid, and state funding criteria.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook Calendar.
Strong communication and time management skills.

Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
