Office Administrator (Part-Time - 30 hours)

Are you a friendly, organized, and professional individual who enjoys being the first point of contact in a dynamic office environment? We're looking for an Office Administrator to join our team in Strongsville, Ohio!

What You'll Do:

Greet clients with a warm, professional demeanor - both in person and over the phone
Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately
Manage daily administrative tasks including filing, mailings, and general office support
Use Microsoft Excel for data entry and basic reporting
Assist with tax-related forms and documentation (a background in tax is a big plus!)

What We're Looking For:

A polished, professional appearance and a positive, client-focused attitude
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience or familiarity with tax forms is highly desirable

Additional Requirements:

Part-time position
Must pass a background check, drug screening, BMV check, and credit report
