We are currently seeking a Personal Injury Paralegal to join our dynamic team and help lay the foundation for this exciting new area of practice. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a growing firm, with the added benefit of training in immigration law, ensuring you are cross trained in multiple legal disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Case Management: Oversee all aspects of personal injury cases from intake to resolution, ensuring deadlines and processes are meticulously managed.
• Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, medical providers, lien holders, and other parties, keeping them informed and supported throughout their case.
• Document Preparation: Draft demands, legal pleadings, and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Records Management: Request and review medical records, bills, and other evidence to support case strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with attorneys and other team members to support case strategy and achieve the best outcomes for our clients.
• Administrative Tasks: Maintain organized client files, manage calendars, and handle other administrative duties as needed.
• Learning Opportunities: Gain cross-training in immigration law to expand your skillset and support other practice areas as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal in a law firm setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with legal software or case management systems.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• A professional, positive attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Experience working on cases involving medical records and demands is essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $29.51 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
