CornerStone Staffing is proud to partner with a top-tier pharmaceutical benefits provider to hire experienced, certified Pharmacy Technicians for an on-site role in The Colony, TX. This is a high-impact opportunity for CPhTs with Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) and call center experience to work directly with patients, providers, and pharmacies to ensure seamless, compliant access to care. Pay Rate: $21/hour (Must have active Pharmacy Technician certification and/or licensed in TX)

Location : On-Site in The Colony, TX (This is not a remote role)

Type of Hire : Temp to Hire — long-term opportunity with growth potential

Key Dates:

• Start Date: May 5, 2025
• Training: 4 weeks | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Work Schedule After Training: Monday – Friday | 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

What You’ll Do :

• Act as a liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and pharmacies to streamline prescription benefit access
• Provide skilled triage and care coordination, ensuring members understand their benefits and medication options
• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Navigate and manage forms, claims, prior authorizations, and data processing efficiently and accurately
• Resolve complex member issues with empathy, professionalism, and full regulatory compliance
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly

Who We’re Looking For (Required):

• Active Pharmacy Technician Certification (Texas Board of Pharmacy or National)
• 2+ years of experience in a Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM), Mail Order, or Health Plan setting
• Call center or triage experience in a pharmacy or healthcare environment
• Proficiency in handling claims systems, patient forms, and clinical coordination tasks
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills and customer empathy mindset
