We are seeking a skilled and motivated Plastic Extruder Operator to join our team in Mint Hill, NC. If you have a passion for plastic manufacturing and possess hands-on experience with both extrusion and injection molding processes, we want to hear from you! In this role, you will play a crucial part in our production line, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards while maintaining efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor extrusion and injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic products.
• Set up and adjust tools, dies, and molds for production runs.
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery and products to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance on extrusion and injection molding equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in plastic extrusion and injection molding processes.
• Hands-on experience with tool, die, and mold setup.
• Familiarity with operating extrusion and injection molding machines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in plastics manufacturing is a plus.
