What You’d Do in This Role:

You’re not just designing screens—you’re shaping the platform that empowers our internal teams to serve millions. As a product designer on the product engineering team at Ramsey Solutions, your work will directly influence how internal tools evolve to be smarter, faster, and more intuitive. From whiteboarding concepts to testing prototypes, you’ll turn complexity into clarity through scalable design. You’ll collaborate daily with engineers and PMs to simplify workflows, elevate usability, and build experiences that are as delightful as they are effective.

You’re Probably a Match If:

• You have 3+ years of experience designing user experiences for internal tools, enterprise software, or operational platforms—with a mindset that treats internal users like customers.
• You’ve led rapid iteration cycles using whiteboards, sketches, and low- to high-fidelity prototypes to bring clarity to ambiguity.
• You operate with visual thinking and systems awareness, mapping workflows and user journeys to drive scalable solutions.
• You’re energized by fast-paced, iterative environments where team feedback fuels progress and discovery is constant.
• You apply a “don’t make me think” usability-first approach, simplifying even the most complex processes into intuitive flows.
• You love organizing information—through naming conventions, documentation, categorization, and contribution to design systems.
• You bring platform-level awareness and connect the dots across business units to ensure cohesive, efficient user experiences.
• You have experience with user research, interviews, and feedback loops, using insights to drive meaningful product decisions.
• You’ve contributed to, or built, scalable design systems that bring consistency across product areas and empower other designers.
• You’re comfortable leading design work independently—navigating ambiguity and ambiguity with calm clarity and purpose.

• Collaborate daily with engineers and PMs to build high-impact internal tools that improve operational speed and quality.
• Turn user feedback and research into elegant, usable design decisions that align to business goals and roadmap priorities.
• Craft intuitive, system-driven interfaces that are fast, clear, and even delightful for the internal teams who rely on them.
• Document, organize, and prioritize your work to create visibility and shared understanding across collaborators.
• Be a steady, strategic presence—comfortable exploring multiple options before landing on the best direction.
• Continuously refine and elevate foundational user experiences, treating internal tools with the same care as external products.
• Use your design superpowers to serve the teams who serve our customers—amplifying impact through thoughtful tools.
