Position Summary

We are seeking a Project-Based Global Data and Insights Strategist to support the Data Enablement team in executing data-driven insights initiatives. This role will work closely with central office and regional teams to generate actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making for marketing and partnerships at a global level. The ideal candidate is technically proficient, collaborative across cultures and functions, and focused on delivering impact.

This is a temporary position with an expected duration not to exceed (10) months.

Major Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with global marketing and partnership teams to deliver data-driven solutions for targeted projects.
  • Analyze data models and segmentations using Python, SQL, and other analytical tools.
  • Support the design and analysis of experimentation frameworks to evaluate marketing effectiveness.
  • Partner with engineering teams to clean, transform, and centralize regional data sources.
  • Generate dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Analyze campaign performance, user behavior, and audience trends to inform project-specific strategies.
  • Contribute to the development of playbooks and documentation that support regional project needs.
  • Deliver insights that support sponsorship, fan engagement, and partnership initiatives.

Required Education/Professional Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in data analytics or related project roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in parallel, with a clear sense of prioritization and stakeholder alignment.

Required Skills/Knowledge Attributes

  • Proficient in SQL, Python, and Excel.
  • Experience using data visualizations tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Experience working with large datasets and cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Snowflake).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time across multiple short-term projects.

 

Salary Range:$80,000 - $85,000
